WHERE DO DELETED FILES GO ?

Many people think that deleting a file from Recycle Bin removes it from the system, but that's not what happens to those files, deleting a file from Recycle Bin only removes it from the system.

recycle bin
( Firstly deleted files go to Recycle Bin )

Whenever a file is deleted from a system, it is placed in Recycle Bin. You can recover files from Recycle Bin easily. But if you empty the recycle bin, file or folder is not deleted, only its name is removed from that particular place but the data still exists in the system. let's understand this with an example -

recycle bin

If you deleted a File X and removed it from the Recycle Bin also,  then the space is available for other files to be stored there. File X has been removed but the data still exists in the system. And that data exists in the system until another file, say File Y replaces it or overwritten on it.

When you delete a file from actual data is not deleted, but marked as Free To Use. There are many data recovery software that can help you recover the original file

If you want to permanently delete the data from Hard Disk then even breaking disk into pieces will not help some tools can recover data from those pieces also. The only way is to burn the Hard Disk.
